Returns & Refund Policy

To initiate your return, get in contact with our customer service team at and we can assist you.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase/delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method payment, within a few days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds/credit are granted (if applicable) such as; products with obvious signs of use or that have been opened, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase/delivery (unless previously authorised).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can take up to  3-5 business days to appear in your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (unless damaged or faulty).

Exchanges (if applicable)

Australian customer only.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at and we will assist you.


If the item was sent to you as a gift (and you have purchaser details or receipt) we can offer you an easy return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you via email. Please contact us first at Alternatively, the purchaser can contact us to obtain a refund.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
